Ordering for a Specific Date or Event
When ordering for a special day, whether it's for a birthday, concert or holiday. Please ensure that you leave plenty of time for us to get the goods to you. We ask that you allow a full 5 working days for us to ship your order and then add on the maximum shipping time to your destination to give your order the best chance of reaching you in time - refer to grid further down this page for information on shipping times.
When Will Your Order Leave?
As each order is customised/made exactly to your needs, it will typically take 2-4 business days for it to be dispatched from our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer.

Delighted with the picture, but disappointed with the delivery time, I purchased on Wednesday paid £10 for next day delivery and received picture the following Tuesday, so not happy about that.
