Delighted with the picture, but disappointed with the delivery time, I purchased on Wednesday paid £10 for next day delivery and received picture the following Tuesday, so not happy about that.

Ordered 1 Banksy Hirst style mug. After the order confirmation, there was no dispatch email after 3 days.
The Customer Support email was a zen desk automated response.
No one bothered to read and reply.
I persisted for another 16 days to get through. The details on the website do not provide enough support by phone or email.
Eventually I did receive and email
response that says each time you send an email it pushes your enquiry to the back of the queue.
And after that, someone answered that my Order was lost and not fulfilled. They asked if I wanted a replacement order or a refund.
I opted for a replacement and the product was dispatched next day and received by Evri courier the day after.
Personally I opened the box and was disappointed by the quality of the mug and the print design I don’t think looks like it will have a very long life .
Overall DON’T BOTHER with Canvas Art Rocks, they are not trustworthy, caring or deliver any decent customer service support at any point.
Using AI automation is not personal and unhelpful.

Although I don't like the fact it took so long for the t-shirt to get here in America. when it did finally arrive it met my expectations. very good quality t-shirt. images definitely good shock value. All in all this American Man can't complain about the quality of the image. It's definitely is a conversation starter. We'll be buying from this website again in the future provided it has something I can't get in the United States.
A bit disappointed that there was not a choice of prints for younger or adult fans. He has produced some thoughtful works so would have liked one without 2 rather adult humour examples as buying for a 14 year old.
Love this picture and it will fill the space we have created for it. Posting and packaging were spot on.
Canvas options were a bit unclear i.e.difference between standard and premium framed. Also the colours and some of the foreground detail were a little off.
For the price I expected a little more but it is a good product overall.
Extremely disappointed with this print. Print quality was poor and a cropped version of banksy original print. This was not included in the description.
