Our fun Christmas Eve Box Set consists of a personalised Christmas eve box, a personalised 8” bone china Santa treat plate and a lovely A5 story book. Personalise with a name/s of up to 20 characters. The personalisation on the box will sit above the fixed text ‘Christmas Eve Box’ and the personalisation on the plate will appear after the fixed text ‘lots of love from’. The wooden box is 26cm wide, 15cm tall and 18cm depth. You can reuse this set every year to keep the magic alive!
FRAUDULENT COMPANY! SCAMMED! I have email correspondences company admitted to sending me Wrong order after making mistake on my original order. It's impossible to get any customer service response. I have to keep chasing after sending half dozen emails before getting half a response back and now i've demanded a refund and the have ghosted me and the issue they caused. I abandoned my entire project because they not only delayed my order but MADE AN IRREVERSIBLE ERROR and I had to give up my entire project! I sent them picture of the mistake and Proof that they messed up which they admitted and then I asked for a full refund and they have disappeared! HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE SERVICE !! If I could give Negative stars here! Will be reporting them and forwarding the whole email correspondences over the past 2.5 months! It took that long!
