Two weeks in and counting! If you, unlike me, enjoy spending hours of your life firing emails into the void, waiting for replies that never come, and receiving information so vague it borders on abstract art, then Campus Art Rocks is the website for you.
I ordered two Banksy canvases. What I actually received was an immersive, interactive experience: namely, my artwork held hostage in customs because the company seems fundamentally incapable of producing something as exotic and mysterious as a full invoice. Picture it. Two pieces of art, languishing in a warehouse somewhere, while I play detective trying to extract the one document that would set them free.
But here’s the cherry on top. After two weeks of radio silence and unhelpful non-answers, what lands in my inbox? Not my canvases. Not the invoice. No. A cheerful little email asking me to leave a review. The sheer audacity is, frankly, the most impressive thing they’ve delivered so far.
So here’s my review: prompt with the review requests, glacial with everything else. If Banksy made a piece about corporate irony, this would be it.
Would not recommend. Would, however, applaud the comedic timing.
