We ask that you allow a full 5 working days for us to ship your order and then add on the maximum shipping time to your destination to give your order the best chance of reaching you in time - refer to grid further down this page for information on shipping times.

When Will Your Order Leave?
As each order is customised/made exactly to your needs, it will typically take 2-4 business days for it to be dispatched from our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer.

Non-delivery
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
